I think he shoots out of his league but I'd bet it's with the 6's and 7's. His level is probably the 4/5 chicks if he just wants sex, and for a relationship maybe a 6 that he knows well and is a little goofy.

Co-sign. That's the second best possible scenario, other than getting them draws. It's much better than getting the digits and taking the broad out just to get a wack ass hug at the end of the night.
