There are lots of "ideal" body shapes for me, not just one. I generally tend to like a naturally hourglass or pear. Nothing with fat transfers,waist trainers, silicone, etc. I've been appreciating a more muscular figure too (like Lais Deleon) but it is hard to find online versions of the fitness women without silicone.
