And both are on several cycles of gear. Fun fact; you can be skinny and shredded, natural and big, but you can't be all three. Six packs come only when with a very low body fat percentage. Any person you see who is massive and has a six pack is on gear.

Truth.

But I think Michael B Jordan might be within natural limits. You are right that if you are a shredded 10% body fat then there is only so much muscle mass you can carry. Jason Mamoa and The Rock are way too massive to be as lean as they are. Clear evidence of steriod use. But Michael B Jordan is not quite that massive. He's at about the genetic limit for most men when it comes to lean muscle mass while having a six pack. I think he could be natural.

You think liking a fat ass and big t*ts are a choice you willingly made? That's biological evolution driving you to desire those traits in a women because they signify fertility and good health.

Big ass and t*ts do not determine ur health. Coli doctors yall :pachaha:

He's definitely on gear however. You don't put up 20lbs of muscle in less than a year, in your mid 30's...or at all for that matter. If you see any guy who's shredded and big in the industry, its thanks to roids.

If he never seriously trained before, its possible he could have put on 20 lbs of muscle in one year naturally. Newbie gains are a very real thing. I want to be clear that I'm not saying Michael B Jordan is 100% natural. Knowing the way Hollywood works, its a safer bet to assume he used steriods. All I'm saying is his results are theoretically possible.

I'm in my early 30s and started training seriously a little less than a year ago and have put on around 15 lbs of muscle. By the time I reach the one year mark it could be close to 20 lbs. And obvioisly I did it completely natural.

If you do EVERYTHING right (i.e. eat the right foods, train the right way, get consistent sleep) then its possible to build 20 lbs of muscle in one year assuming you have never trained before. Michael B. Jordan was always a skinny dude who looked like he never lifted. I could see him blowing up in his first year of serious lifting.

He looks like an upside down Dorito chip. Upper body just wayyy too wide, would definitely not be my preference but to each their own.

Research...I've been a personal trainer/former gym owner for more than 12 years. You can't call me ignorant when you said that any massive person with a six pack is on gear.

Jason Momoa isn't "jacked" he is tall and lean. I can't speak about the rock but hugh Jackman was just lean as well. Are there people on gear yeah sure but saying anyone with muscle and a six pack uses ped's is foolish and starts rumors

Hugh Jackman is one of the most obvious steriod users in Hollywood. The fact you are defending him lets me know how delusional you are. Just looking at his physique from the first X-Men movie to the last Wolverine one should tell you everything.

Just think of it this way. If a guy has more muscle mass and is leaner than world class athletes, how likely is he to be natural? Athletes are paid to be in shape. In sports like football the more muscle you have the stronger you are and better you can be in your sport. If NFL players can't get as jacked and ripped as these movie stars, shouldn't that tell you these guys are doing steriods? Or do you think Hugh Jackman is more gifted when it comes to building lean muscle than pro athletes?

Michael B Jordan wasn't natural.. at least not for Creed 2.

There's a pic of him with gyno, and every time he finishes filming a role he shrinks down hella fast.

Signs of steroid use.
