To be fair, any dude can snap and harm a woman. Men of all backgrounds have done it. I don't usually agree with what women do, but this is one of those rare situations where I can see where they coming from.

Edit: I'm mainly talking about men who try to talk to you on the street which is common in my city. If I gave a guy my number I was interested unless down the line something didn't add up.

Like everyone said some people are just crazy. So I understand why some women would lie like that it's just a way for them to protect themselves some nikkas just don't know how to take rejection. If a female turned me down which has happened in the past I just keep it pushing there's to many females out here to get mad just one and at the worst hurt her.
