native black arizonan here, but i have only lived on the southside and east valley. north and west are not my areas. south phoenix is probably where you will find the most blacks who were actually born here. many out of town black people say we are kinda fukked up in the head and i think it might be true to a degree. not for me, but for other black men i know. if a south phoenix breh makes some money and starts living in scottsdale, there is a high risk he will be c00ning out there. which has hurt the black women out here...
as far as cacery, if you are in the valley, it's ok. just dont move to prescott and be surprised by the klan
on women, any woman that aggressively throws herself at even mediocre men has some kind of a problem. if white women are being extremely thirsty and you are otherwise average, then chances are she has been disowned by white people or has some other issue. good for hook ups but i wouldnt do anything other than that. but im not speaking on quality white women, i have also met plenty who are wife material. i just have to throw that disclaimer out because too many brehs simp on white women to obscene proportions and it ruins everything for regular brehs so we end up dealing with very arrogant rebel wilson looking chicks assuming we want them.
on black women, yes they are ABSOLUTELY more bitter on average but appreciative once you let them know you value them. still, if you couldnt get a dime black woman back east, you still wont get one here, or she will have you tricking off
cost of living is cheaper for transplants because you all are more willing to live in places the natives would rather not. scottsdale, paradise valley, and parts of tempe, downtown phoenix, and mesa will make you spend some bread. places like tucson, sedona, and flagstaff have their own situation that i am not really qualified to speak on. i also heard there is a surprising amount of black folk in yuma but ive never been there to confirm this.
