women bosses: how do you take them seriously?

I have a black female boss now who I am friends with. Lowkey I hate it. She gossips a lot and always thinks she's right. Bad thing is she's the big boss as well. We go out to dinner and chat sometimes, but I just do it to be a friend. A week and a half ago she was kind of hard on me on my yearly review and after that I realized that I needed to cut her off. She is cool but I just can't trust her.

I thought like this with my boss now. I quickly realized it was a childish fantasy and that I needed to change the way I thought about her quickly before I fukked around and got fired for saying the wrong thing.
