I have a female boss.....well she not really my boss more like a Joan type character on mad men who handles all the administrative stuff and knows everyone business....been there forever and basically cant get fired...she shouldn't anyway. Shes a nice lady but nobody is perfect, everyone has their problems. I basically try to fly under her radar and show a mild interest in her life. Ill also let her know any mild surface problems im having in life just to let her know things aren't going as good for me as they are. I'll rarely get into any kind of arguments...sometimes I think shell step out of boundaries or act like my boss....ill usually give her those small victories because they are better for me in the long run.
