Dawg. I've had so many bosses and supervisors. Male, female, white, black, hispanic, asian, straight, gay, etc...and I treat em all the same at the end of the day....
Like a boss...hating them, hating how they treat me as a "valued employee" and longing for the days where I can call the shots!

you ever give her lip cause "shes a woman" and she will have to reciprocate tho. Treat her as you would treat a man, deserving of respect.

I just try to treat them with the same respect as a dude.
Some of them act like straight up BALL BUSTERS.
Its like they suffer from an inferiority complex. Crazy bishes!!!! Most of them are single and can't find a man so the Earth balances itself out.
