It all boils down to morals. Most people have very lax ones. That coupled with society's casual view on infidelity, and you can see how this happens. Why don't more people just stay out of committed relationships if they want to sample all that there is out there? A lot of people are open to this if you just ask. Instead people choose to damage other people, and the damaged people pass along that behavior to others, and the whole world becomes fukked.

That story is one of the rare cases where the woman actually gets punished in some way for cheating. Usually it's the dude who suffers the consequences of his partner's actions. Notice how this usually happens to good dudes and people wonder why men have such a cynical view of marriage these days.

There's no gap being closed. The facade that was created is just fading. Women have always cheated. And no, I do not give a fukk what anybody says. Yes, your grandma, and great grandma, loved dikk.
