Malice: Yep, threw baby in the trash can
Premeditation: Yep, knew she was pregnant, didn't plan to bring the baby to the hospital
Intent: Yep, left the baby in the trash can..not a doorstep, or police station, or church...a fukking trash can.

Come on you had to know though, 25 years later and the law still cares, nikka they still want Assata Shakur . . this is a country that holds us accountable even in our grave ala Michael Jackson, meanwhile Carolyn Bryant the women who got Emmett Till murdered is fukking alive as we speak in Mississippi just living her life yet I hear no one in the white community saying she needs to be arrested, I don't care if that bytch is in a wheelchair or on a machine take her ass to prison but they don't hold theirs to the same standard.

We don't even know why the black lady did what she did, this was in 1994 for all we know the baby could have been a product of rape/molestation but nobody is asking those questions we just got to lock this bytch up meanwhile becky got the whole courtroom crying because she felt like her life as a cheerleader was ruined :mjcry: I kid you not this bytch buried the baby because she didn't want to give up her perks of being ms.popular in school :wow:

no justification but ask that black lady why she did what she did all those years ago I promise you she won't say something like "shyt I was the cheer captain of the Louisiana lions :mjcry: I couldn't give that up"

if the law cares about black babies/youth why the fukk is tamir rice/Aiyana Jones/ Brittany Hill killer not locked up? they only care about this baby because it can ruin another black persons life, just like we got to hear those white women tell their story I want to hear what she has to say if they can be forgiven why can't she?

Only my community doesn't have the tactfulness to play the game how it should be played, ya'll talking about good riddance, hope she suffers, where the fukk have you been we always get the worst outcome regardless of the circumstances, a lot of ya'll are like mini white supremacist but lacking the forethought, ya'll don't know if ya'll want to overtake them or sit on their laps.

Above the fray.

In stories I read like this, where the mother was hiding the pregnancy, the mother usually has mental illness or the baby was the result of some type of molestation, rape Etc.

not to justify anything she did but I find it odd they can get our group for shyt years down the line but white people who committed atrocities years ago just get to slide or hell didn't we have a white girl bury her baby in the back yard and get a slap on the wrist :francis:

keep in mind I didn't read the article, I just assumed if its 50 years later and they still want to lock the person up they must be black.
Respect.

But, I don't necessarily agree with this. Brett Kavanaugh was interrogated and shamed for rape for an incident that happened over 30 years prior.

I've seen articles about abuses being arrested and publicly exposed for shyt they did decades ago.

I wouldn't say there is a true contrast.

Also, it could be argued, assuming you're right about the disparity, that WE are more empathetic and caring so past tragedies are not forgotten.

Thoughts?

Honorable mention: The Jon Bennett Ramsay parents are still not out of the limelight even though it was never proven they did something to their murdered daughter.

"The baby was found with her thumb in her mouth"
Im out brehs:mjcry::mjcry:

That’s why I’m having a hard time with this. I don’t think there’s anything I hate more on this world than crimes against babies and kids. Innocents. She brought that baby into this world. Baby didn’t ask to be here. Then she threw the baby in the trash can like it was trash, leaving the baby to die in the cold. fukk her.

She deserves to rot for that.

But the white girl does too. fukk them both. The blonde got off, the same reason Casey Anthony did... there’s always those technicalities in the cases of young attractive ww that get them off. They both deserve to rot too, but they’re not because they are attractive young ww. Justice system in this country is so fukked up.
