She testified when it happened that both of them were shooting so Shyne isn’t all that innocent. I think she’s the only one that testified Puff was actually shooting and she says it’s because he paid everyone off and pushed it all on Shyne. Shyne’s defense was he only shot in the air and never shot directly at anyone. Shyne only did time for what he did which was shooting in the air. Thats why he only got 10 years despite 3 ppl being shot. Puff got off.
