Close where I live, f3-4 yrs ago somebody(old) got hit by a car. dude stayed on the ground for a 15-20 minutes before anybody called for help.Cars went around dude and kept going, Some people stared and others walk by like nothing happened. I think it was caught by cameras and even made the news.
