I haven't played any more (tried to play some yesterday but I was too tired after working out)
From my two hours with I titles a fairly fun first person shooter with some stealth elements a la far cry 3.
However it's not open world.
I'm not a big fan of duel wielding however so I usually just roll with one gun. Also you can dual wield just about anything including sniper rifles and knives.
So far I'd rate if 7-8 pretty fun.

Got a shytty score on ign tho (but ign isn't the most reliable source I know).

Haven't played it in like 4 years
thought the servers would've died down what with all the new games n shyt
are there still loads of hess servers? I swear them servers is nazis living out fantasies
