I truly don't believe WWE has any kid fans. There's no way I'd let my kid burn their brain out on this product.

Also there was that report last year that WWE's viewers' median age had jumped to 54.

There's some teachers in TSC, maybe they can offer some insight, I hope there aren't any kids watching this crap.
I put my little nephew on to wrestling he forgets it even on Monday and Tuesday a lots of times and by the time he remember sometimes the shows is midway thru or he missing it entirely. He doesn’t care for women/girl wrestling the last I remember.

He liked guys like Big Cass and Enzo and Roman and didn’t like the new day.
His bed time is like 9 o clock now before it used to be 10 so he could watch at least an hour and a half before getting ready for bed now it’s 9 so he starts getting ready for bed around 8:30 so he is lucky if he can watch an hour.

When I had him watch some attitude era stuff and he was like this is old and didn’t care for it a lot because most kids have very short attention spans and can be very hot and cold about things.

That why it makes no sense to me to gear a product such as wrestling toward kids and making in some wholesome family friendly experience.

Kids have no real buying power it’s the parents/adult who have the buying power. This isn’t some kid cartoon it wrestling its post to be gritty and mean but we have be a star campaign and let’s not curse or not be to violent to offend anyone.

I see plenty of kids wearing WWE backpacks and I've overheard conversations about it in the various classrooms I've subbed.

Usually it's among younger kids: 3rd grade or lower. Not so much 4th and 5th, but some of them do recognize people like Cena or The New Day.

I don't think it's that much of an issue. There's nothing else on Sunday. And the kickoff show is when I'll be having the grill goin and just choppin it up.

Hall of Fame I may or may not watch. NXT I will watch but maybe not live. I'll catch it on the network at some point.

WM I'll have people over and like I said during the kickoff it will probably be background noise. :yeshrug:

I think they're gonna experiment with WM as a 2-day event 1/2/3 years down the line. Could work something like this

Day 1:
Andre Battle Royal
Usos vs New Day vs Bludgeon
Cedric vs Mustafa
Miz vs Rollins vs Balor
Rousey/Angle vs HHH/Steph
Reigns vs. Lesnar
Flair vs Asuka

Day 2:
Women's Battle Royal
Cesaro & Sheamus vs. Braun & TBD
Bliss vs Jax
Roode vs Orton vs Mahal
Bryan/Shane vs KO/Sami
Cena vs. Undertaker
Styles vs. Nakamura

But the one thing this would be trying to fix (audience fatigue) wouldn't really change because this is still back-to-back days of at least 5 hours of programming, + HOF Thurs + Takeover Fri + Raw Mon + SD Tue. What they could do is make it a Raw/SD supershow on Monday with a Draft night (After-Mania Raw isn't as fun if half of the roster's stars aren't gonna show up), then Tues air a WWE 24 instead of SD

Now keep in mind, last time Mania was in New Orleans, there was a total of 8 matches, 2 hour preshow, 4 hour main show. Dealing with 13-14 matches this time around, crowd will be burnt out :dead:.

last time mania was there was when the Network was brand new.

They had WM panel pre-shows starting that Wednesday every day up to the show. It was actually dope. They did it again the nex tyr, then they got cheap and axed it. smh.

This Mania will suck and only 1 hour of the 7 will likely be decent.

For all we know, the show might go over the time and end around one.

No, but seriously.....fukk. I can already see how this is going to play out.

-The mixed tag and Undertaker/Cena will most likely get more time than they deserve, while something like Styles/Nakamura will be around 12-15 minutes and the women's battle royal will be less than ten.

-Entrances at a snail's pace.

-A pointless segment that goes on for 45 minutes, like a Kid Rock concert or a promo from one of the legends.

-Irritating skits.

-People having almost no reaction to the main event because of how tired they are.

To make things go quicker, have the wrestlers sit in the first row that way they're already at ringside when their match starts. Soon as one match ends, have the next participants getting up and walking thru the barricade. No time to waste. :troll:
