My boy got a job at a energy company from a job fair and the lady said they had to let a certain number of minorities in and that's why he got the job. Dude got harassed all day on the job. He was like there wouldn't be black people there without the minority hiring team..

True, one of the main reasons why cacs hate the government is because they have come through for black people in many different ways and this is one of them.
Without the government in play, cacs can easily take advantage and hinder black people from employment opportunities, which is something they do now but only to certain extents without getting caught.

Did you think white people hated Federal employees for the fun of it? The "blacker" the agency, the more pronounced the hatred. Why do you think the TSA is so hated? If it were a bunch of white marines doing the same job functions white people would silently grin and bear it.

Tons of blacks in the private sector. Only 20% of us have degrees which drags down wages further. Most of us in the services sector.
These White folks will pay you pennies on the dollar just for you to work 8-10 hours days until you are 65-68 years old before you are even eligible for your retirement benefits.
