Curious what Weaver thinks of Bagley. :patrice:

He could probably avg an easy 20 ppg as a starter with Cade next year. And Bagley and Bachero would be redundant. Gifted offensive players that don't play defense or rebound as well as they should be able to.

How is Bancheros handle? I only really seen clips of him, can he run the 3 or naw? I heard somebody say his NBA comparison is Blake Griffin, I wouldn't put prime Blake at the 3.

There was a point where Bagley was considered the best high schooler in the country, he was very good in college and has been very good when healthy. Bro still has AS potential. You home on to those types of players. Low cost too.

Bachero has pretty good handle for someone his size also very good passer. He’s legit 6’10” 250 lbs so a PF/C. But for someone as big as he is he settles for too many mid range jumpers. To be determined if his range expands to NBA three

I could see Bagley and Chet working honestly. Just put Stewart in there for the more physical Centers

Stewart is undersized himself. If he was Ben Wallace like instead of a diet version the interior/paint problem would be solved mostly. Do you think Chet would hold up physically playing the 5:patrice:

If Chet could put on 30 lbs he could play Center.but that would take years and could effect his mobility. Probably strictly a PF. But if Chet can rebound at his size, he can play with both Stewart and Bagley because of his rim protection ability

Ben Wallace didn’t become Ben Wallace until like year 5 or 6 in the league.

I don't believe Ben was getting as much playing time as Stewart is his first couple of years in the league. Ben showed those Ben intangibles as soon as he started getting adequate minutes, Joe and co targeted him for a reason. I see what you're saying though.

Stewart doesn't have the athleticism to ever be Ben, but he has value on the team as a quality defender, especially when it comes to switches. He's the only one that can still guard on the perimeter when he gets matched up out there.

I believe the story was Joe wanted Jon Amechi who the magic wouldn’t give up and he settled for Ben. And i just looked up Ben stats and he was getting 25-30 minutes a game :hubie:

Not comparing him to Ben at all. Just saying you can’t compare a 2nd year stewart to a hall of fame Ben Wallace.
