Only excuse he got right now is that thumb but even then he’s so tentative
He looks absolutely afraid to try to score. He can get in the paint and no matter what he’s petrified it seems he might have contact or get blocked
He has no go to move to set up a shot besides that weird fading one foot step back three.
His right hand still looks nonexistent when it comes to finishing
He drives and will get past guys and still will fade for layups like when you playing 2k and hit the shot stick going for a dunk but the player does a leaning jump shot instead

he needs to be in the g league until February honestly.

Im cool with adding kill in a Jerami trade but i also think if fans want him to score he'll have to play off the bench or the staff has to do a better job of staggering. He defers to Cade,Jerami and Bey but Bey, and Jerami specifically arent the best at rotating the ball. On the plus side, when he shoots a 3 its past the point of being surprised its going in. His defense is more than fine and passing is still elite. Wouldn't mind seeing him and Frank Jack together in a defined role setting.

I guarantee he'll be one of those players that'll look better on another team.

I can see him in the Marcus Smart role but that role works for him because Smart is a superstar in his own mind and has endless confidence on the court and it shows. He owns his role. Killian looks and plays like an overly grown little kid

In fairness he's getting every chance to show he's a player here. He's getting good minutes to produce. I think he's best served to be the pg to lead the bench unit too.
