Either Stewart has to be replaced by Olynyk or you have to replace Hayes with Joseph or Jackson. That move has to happen now

One thing Cade had in High school and college that he’s going to struggle with now is his power game. He definitely needs to get significantly stronger; Which is One of the reasons he’s struggling and settling for shooting so many 3s. He’s still huge for a pg/sg but definitely lacking strength. They might need to convince him to bush that vegan diet though :patrice:
Everytime I’m on Instagram and he has a post about some vegan sandwich holding it out with the :birdman: look :russ:

We’re not suppose to be the worst in the league anymore
That’s your personal feelings. You not actually looking at the talent on the roster

Olynyk is not a starting player in the nba. We have seen that for a decade. They compete defensively. You put that stiff out there to play more then Stewart you can forget about the defense.

this season is about the development of Cade Cunningham and bey and Stewart and Hayes. That’s it.

You really do have some snappy shyt to every reply I’ve ever made. Don’t you know we’re rooting for the same teams and want the same things?

If you want Kelly olynyk starting at center we don’t want the same things.

team is terrible. Another top 5 pick is coming. Just like how some of y’all thought the lions was gonna win 5 or 6 games and Jared Goff was the answer at qb. Relax and let the tank job continue

If you think an NBA team not cracking 90 is normal then you’re cool with being 3-18 at the end of the month then you have a point. Hayes and Stewart are too limited offensively to start at the same time

Olynk probably been most consistent player on team so far. Stewart has shown he’s a PF playing Center. I know he’s a fan favorite but He’s no Ben Wallace. He has the mentality but it lacking the bulk and athleticism to play undersized C. Pistons getting killed on boards with Stewart in there and while he’s good for some block shots he’s not really a good one on one defender yet. The offense is so terrible Kelly should be in starting lineup at this point.

the only decent thing this team has shown is being able to compete defensively.

Water always finds its level with players like olynk. Will he show flashes sure. But when it’s all said and done there is a reason why he on his 4th team and signed with the pistons.

Yes I’m cool with them being 3-18. They need another top pick. You sound like you thought Cade was about about to take them to the playoffs or some chit. Once Cade offense pick up so will the teams. They’ve scored in the 90’s this season the same amount of times as the world champion bucks.

I don’t like young players being placed in positions to fail, that goes against the rebuild. Olynyk has been the second best player on the team, and Stewart was successful in his bench role. That move only makes sense. Replacing Stewart and/or Hayes will help Cade which should take precedence.

Why wouldn’t we be? We are tied for worst with the same team from last year

You can’t conflate the purposeful race to the bottom at the end of the season with how good they were in totality last season.

Since you’re curious, I only judge the Lions on Dan Campbell decision making and Brad Holmes drafting and related moves, and both parts have been terrible. I want Casey to keep putting these players in the best position to win and leading the development of the young players right. He had a great track record of it in the past and that’s what I’m looking for to continue. You’re on some weird shyt if you think I’m telling you something wrong
