Super young big mens issues are typically body maturity but that’s clearly not issue for Duran. Most glaring problems he’ll have is foul trouble and the usual mental lapses of rookies. Wouldn’t even worry about developing his shot yet
The Samething the Celtics use timelord for and it took him 3 years to start contributing. I wouldn’t expect duran to Avg more than 10 minutes a game. It ain’t easy to just go to the nba and start contributing. Especially if You the youngest player in the league

Williams also dropped in his draft because of concerns of his worth ethic and character. Duran doesn’t have anybof those red flags that Williams had. Pistons have also force fed all their top rookies heavy minutes. Killian has been worst pg in NBA for good stretch of his career so far. Can’t see Duran riding bench on this team

Killian played because it wasn’t nobody else to play. He had Saban lee behind him. Pistons have multiple players to play in the middle and they at a different place. The tank is over for the pistons.

Not writing him totally off, but just calling it like it was. He played scared on offense until the last month of both seasons. This year that needs to be how he plays the whole year or I imagine Weaver will make other plans for him.
