It is the real. If black women would or were able to take the backseat then those opportunities would have to go to black men. No other women are or are trying to upstage their men on being providers. I am solely talking about the professional, white-collar world. Black women are two-birds with one stone. Black and woman but it squeezed the black male. I will add more in my commentary when you all chime in.
Idk. I am solution-oriented but this is a complex problem.
My first step would be for black women to understand and not be a pawn for the media to bash black men. Take those cacs' money and support black businesses (especially black males) not Louis Vuitton, Christian Louboutin's (idk how to spell it). With that we can build our communities up and hire our own then it will carry on to professional jobs since we'll be growing a sustainable market.
Black men aren't entitled to those jobs. If you want them, then work for them. Black women who are educating themselves and working are exemplars to the Black community. It has nothing to do with "upstaging" anyone.
