My first step would be for black women to understand and not be a pawn for the media to bash black men. Take those cacs' money and support black businesses (especially black males) not Louis Vuitton, Christian Louboutin's (idk how to spell it). With that we can build our communities up and hire our own then it will carry on to professional jobs since we'll be growing a sustainable market.

There are so many lanes for every black person. We have entrepreneurs, professionals, service workers, military and so forth. There is literally no reason that blacks can't succeed if we stop relying on others for everything else. Just as one poster mention of cats can scrimp and save for some bullshyt there is no feasible explanation that cats cant put their money together and actually build something sustainable. Currently I'm in the process of saving exclusively for this. I have to be self sufficient.

If you are a Black Male in IT or Engineering, Accounting, Ad Tech, Web Dev etc. no Black Woman is taking your job brehs...
Now if you're in PR, Government, Law then yes a Black Woman is over-taking you for a promotion every time.
I was never a numbers guy growing up (did horribly in calculus 101) but I became better at it at Work. My future role is likely to be project management in something tech related where it's pretty much 70-90% male.
The only Black Women that get tech are mostly from the Carribean, Bajans specifically.
