Nothing is stopping black men from providing for black women except their insistence on structuring their lives around working for white men and others. And even then, there are black men who are able to provide good lives.
Why are you complaining about black women and not complaining about your own lack of initiative as far as building goes?

There was almost a generation where both muthafukkas were watching each other with no jobs. Then the pressure braced a lot of them nikkas and they bounced and the woman was just looking at the kids. The crack era did no favors either.
So she had to go out and earn. I'm not about to shyt on women for handling their business. Also a lot of nikkas get too damn comfortable at just above entry level 'cause they can live decent and fukk around on the weekends.
Everything is imperfect. I am not saying that but our women carry some of the burden.the answer is BW quitting their jobs, so we can surpass them

Who said anything about it being easy? You want jobs handed to you and businesses as well? That is not how it works. But I assure you that 5-10 years of working towards building something of your own will put you in a better position than 5-10 years of complaining about white men not giving you a job.

So I'm not getting your point, black women have to quit their jobs so black men can provide for them? Why are you assuming black men don't provide, and why are you making the two points mutually exclusive? Is it the job of black women to get rid of their bread and butter to soothe your ego? shyt is dumb af. Go make something of yourself then. It's tons of black men in senior level positions independent of black women.
Funny is women (black women) reiterate the same shyt anglo dudes preach to them. Build like the costs to do anything worthwhile feasible is easily accessible and the black male just go the cac route. Cost-of-living are skyrocketing while wages are stagnant. Then a business is as strip as its market. Such thing as cash and balances so cash doesn't just appear so do business amongst ourselves we need to siphon some cash from cacs to put in another black man's pocket.

It is the real. If black women would or were able to take the backseat then those opportunities would have to go to black men. No other women are or are trying to upstage their men on being providers. I am solely talking about the professional, white-collar world. Black women are two-birds with one stone. Black and woman but it squeezed the black male. I will add more in my commentary when you all chime in.
White women go after jobs in marketing, finance, managers/CEOs/COOs, business owners, directors, doctors and higher salaried medical professionals
Asian/Indian women go after engineering, medical (doctors and researchers), entrepreneurs

Still got to cover costs to live. After expenses is what it takes to build. Call me foolish but I find it more fulfilling to take cacs money and put it back in a breh's hand.
