It is the real. If black women would or were able to take the backseat then those opportunities would have to go to black men. No other women are or are trying to upstage their men on being providers. I am solely talking about the professional, white-collar world. Black women are two-birds with one stone. most companies would rather not hire a black man it is what it is, by hiring a black woman you feel a minority, a black person, and a woman.
I've worked at fortune 500 company for a little bit and there were like 3 black dudes compared to like 20 black women, where I work now only my brother in law and I are the only black males in a department of like 400 people (finance,h&r,pr etc.)
Idk. It isn't a science but it is true. There are seldom black men in positions making respectable money honestly. It is a disservice to black people's ancestors who built cacs' wealth for free and literally gave their lives to building their wealth against their will.
