What answer would they provide that will result in constructive discussion. All these articles do is give the big head that bw are desperate without them cause no one wants to be them. I don't subscribe to this mindset at all.

If sone one wants to leave...how is asking why they left will benefit bw? Again percentages mean nothing with out knowing the stories behind the numbers. BM are loyal to themselves and BW think in the proverbial BM is the biggest cause of the stats.
