My mom was on welfare when we lived in Montreal. Most people are barely scraping by and have to work under table to make ends meet, it's not the lottery.

My point isnt saying that women of other races will ever understand a black mans struggles to the point of fighting for our rights, all Im saying is there are a few who happen to date outside of the race, and thier counterparts can at least acknowledge the struggle and empathize with it. Overcoming that barrier alone, sets the table for how these interracial relationships develop.
