Why is this happening?

Its been happening since the 70s.

Now with their daughters "strong" independence some brothers just want a submissive spouse and figure fukk it. Even if I get a white/asian/Latino wife ill still have black kids.

Many feminists remain white women. Most black women aren't feminist. Many BM have more of an issue with black feminis, than white feminism because it attacks white men which they have that in common with white feminists. But coincidentally hate black feminism for attacking black men.

Some of the black guys I see in relationships with non black women do things that I don't see them do with black women:cook, help with the kids, take out the trash etc...

That's no surprise, around 80% of Black/White marriages are Black male/White female. The only reason Black women don't date out as much is because no other men want them, White men could of had Black women whenever they pleased but they still go for Asian or Hispanics the most.
