Im also sure that a larger percentage of higher income BW living in the South and Midwest probably have family who can help them raise a child.
So do women in the Northeast Corridor (which includes DC) and Cali. You're acting like it's still the 50s and 60s and Black folks haven't been rooted in these regions for close to a century now.
There's 0 reason to believe 20% of this "type" of woman has a child in Boston or LA while 90% have one in Chicago or Atlanta. You keep moving the goalpost.
