I'm not a Knicks fan but you need to take into account, in the moment going up 2-0 on Jordan during a season when having he best record in the league is HUGE.....This can't be discounted no matter the ending result. No team went up 2-0 on Jordan ever again.

Two games doesn't make a rivalry. Especially when you lose the series and have nothing else to hang your hat on.

To me Bron's only rivals have been the Celtics and now the Warriors

Do you not understand how big it is to win the first 2 games of a series against MICHAEL fukkING JORDAN and the 2x defending champions? And to play them tough every other time....
It's easy to look back 20 years later and say the Bulls dominated but in the moment no one knows the results
Look at Pacers/Heat, Clippers/Warriors.....they're rivalries too dominated by 1 side but in the moment who knows what would happen.
If you think a rivalry = a 50/50 split then you already lost.
You had to have been around to watch those games to really understand.

Y'all only talking playoffs? EVERY Knicks/Bulls game you knew you were in for a treat. Most of the highlights from those games be from regular season. Knicks/Pacers Knicks/Heat were all like that.
Like how everyone thinks Reggie was a Knicks killer, but they only ever show 1 game...Pacers were 3-3 vs Knicks in the Playoffs and in Reg Season it was even close.
