How many people (male/female) y'all know 25 & under who know how to cook, use and prepare the following:

Most people 30 and under don't even know how to make this shyt right.

I don't eat pork (or most that other shyt) ,,, but I know how to make everything on the list.... including how to clean and prepare chitlins....

I don't agree with eating poorly, but I'm not sure why a generation of black people wouldn't know how to make southern african american food.

The black chick is from Louisiana like my peoples (which is how we stared talkin' about it)...she was talmbat sea chit, boudin, gator, frog legs,
and conch.


The white chick is from here (Missouri) and she makes okra (fried and steamed), ham hocks, and her folk make their own jerky and cracklins.

We all agreed Chitlins is a no-go.

Country frying a steak is disrespectful to a steak. I hope that's a low grade of steak that people are covering in flour and not a prime cut
its round steak. ... not prime.

and it's delicious , especially with gravy. if i didn't care about my health I'd eat it every week with Mash potatoes too.

So it's not a part of the black experience?

Breh its a "slave" experience...These are recipes and foods we cultivated from being enslaved, none of it is actually healthy foods and natural for our biological makeup. We learned how to eat pigs guts from what the slavemaster left over, so we made it a delicatessan.....all these foods are synonomous with this land and what we've been introduced to by our captors....

The fck you still eating pig for, its the dirtiest animal on earth.....that's the reason whites fed us that shyt, because that's how they viewed us.....

Along with that all the foods you mentioned are high in sugar,fats,cholesterol and sodium, which all has caused us to have generations of diabetics and heart disease. These foods are garbage only spiced up by our innate love for spices which correlates with where we're from, but this food is not.....
