They need to have an actual primary.

No 2016 Hillary coronation where an old dem socialist has to take it upon himself.

No 2020 where all the candidates drop out and bow down so the dem socialist again doesn't have a chance.

And no 2024 where an obviously cooked president stays in because of his ego. Then drops out and doesn't give his VP time to gain a larger base.

Obama became the man because he fought Hillary to get that spot.

Let the Dems, Independents, non-voters, and Republicans available decide this time. From the outside alot of people don't see the Democrats as democratic right now :snoop:
i reject this claim that 2020 wasn't fair and open. the Dem electorate didn't want the goofy communists like Bernie and Liz; we wanted an experienced centrist from a swing state. the VP of the most popular democrat ever. and he fukkin won :yeshrug: the primary voters spoke

Obama seemingly forgot how he won in 2008 and it shows.

This. I like Bernie and supported him in 2016, but I don’t get the revisionist history a lot of his supporters spout about his 2020 run being rigged.

Bernie struggled to gain black support, and that sunk him.

Warren is a communist? Why are always so hyperbolic :pachaha:

Where you think Centrist Voltron came from :russ:

Bernie was leading heading into Super Tuesday and they all came together to make sure it lessened his chances.

He even got endorsed by this years "kingmaker" Rogan and they acted like it was the worst thing ever lol.

And I'm not even saying Sanders didn't have campaign issues either, especially how he ran South Carolina.

That Trump trans ad moved Trump 3 points in the polls bro. c’mon now

plus the economy is fine, but people on IG think they should be balling out and think they’re broke. dems stay chasing voter sentiment instead of setting reality.
Zero evidence that the trans shyt did anything.

Prices are up. It’s not stopping people from buying stuff but still.

I’ve been saying this forever. Dems should make a dirty break with trans issues and immigration and kamala basically wins.

They let emotional activists guilt trip people into this corner of rejecting common sense.

Just like the defund the police shyt.

But hey, we’re gonna learn...
These are common sense things? Sounds like right wing rhetoric imo @Professor Emeritus

Dems should go more center left than trying to move the party more left.

When people talk about “too far left” they are usually speaking the identity stuff that democrats pander to, to try and make up for that foundational republican racist base.

They’re trying to combat racism with the with performative inclusivity. And when it fails, nikkas throw up their hands and blame Bernie Bros for forcing the party to cater to dikk teasers and weirdos when all we really wanted was a livable wage and healthcare.

Liberal and leftist are not synonymous. Kamala didn’t lose for being too far left, when she wouldn’t even pump fake any leftist policies or ideals.

Yes I meant not going so hard on identity politics. Thanks for the clarification there.
