Movies have to at the least double their budget in gross to break even.

Theirs a reason the planned sequel plans were thrown in the bushes.

The movie flopped, having will smiths dikk in your mouth doesnt change the fact.
losing money is flopping, the movie did not lose money

all this negativity was started by jealous people who were offended that will would put his teenage son in the spotlight on a movie with a budget of 130 mil

So a handful of movies deyermines an entire genre?

Guess gravity getting all those awards and nominations including acting means nothing.

I could list a ton of sci fi movies with superb acting.

Will and jaden were straight up terrible in the movie, has nothing to do with the genre and more so with the movie being a visual abortion.

I agree. He needs to mix up the formula - give him a good True Detective or House of Cards type gig.
I don't see why this hasn't happened already. He's got way too much pull. Leave the kids at home, roll his sleeves up, and dig into a meaty roll that can flesh out for 12 episodes
