I think Will Smith as a rapper is too boring. Fresh Prince had some entertaining funny songs, hes actually dope, but his vanilla style of music added nothing to the culture.

I think Em just wrote more important songs. Look at the legacy of shyt like Stan, Lose Yourself etc. Will has nothing that actually influenced Hip Hop like that.
