So the UN basically made a country for jewish people called Israel, while the majority of the people in the land were arab muslims.

Post World War 1 the ottoman arab empire collapsed and palestine was governed by the British and arabs and jews did live together without crazy conflict.
Then after World War 2, the UN basically made a country for jewish people called Israel, while the majority of the people in the land were arab muslims. The jews have so much land and wanted to even take more, of course they are backed by the USA

So, do you think we will ever see peace in the Palestine/present day Israel?

Norfeast groovin…
It'd be great if they just made it one state with neither name and made all citizens equal by law. Then use the money they'd spent for all these years to help put the Palestinian populations on an equal footing as the Jews so as not to create an exploitable population. There are a few things here that are off.

The UN didn't make a country, it accepted the Jewish declaration of independence. There is a big difference.

Arabs on that very land, have been oppressing Jews for centuries before the Zionist movement.

Jews also accepted every single UN partition plan, so the idea that they wanted more is inaccurate. Arabs, despite having over 20 countries, rejected every UN partition plan, because they refused to let Israel exist under any borders.

If Israel went back to the way it was pre-48, then Palestinians wouldn't even exist. "Palestinians" are a newly invented nation, whereas Israel existed long before Arabs even wanted it.

How do you accept their declaration of independence when clearly you are the minority of a state? If i was a palestinian i'd be very upset about that and feel it's not fair.

And yes, maybe arabs have been opressing jews but jews have been opressing arabs also so I don't even consider that an issue.

If you were a Palestinian in 1948, you would have not identified as a "Palestinian." Whether or not you personally think it is fair, the Jews went through every proper legal procedure for declaring independence. It is not like the UN didn't accept the creation of a 22nd Arab state along side Israel as well - it did.

Then why imply that things were peaceful before Zionism when they weren't?

No they shouldn't, the land they live on now was designated by God.

The Palestinians need to go back to Jordan where they are from.
Israel is entitled to all of Jerusalem and everything closer to that city.

the ones throwing rockets and hiding behind women and Children are not the Jews

Truth is Israel will only expand as it has continued to do since 1948.

I'm getting a kick out of this thread and all the other Jew threads right now as I'm actually in Israel right now. Its my first time and I'm here for my cousins wedding.

Staying in Tel Aviv. This place reminds me a lot of Miami with the beach scene and nightlife and young kids showing off.

Spent the day in Jerusalem today. Checked out all four quarters (Muslim, Jew, Christian, Armenian). Rocked my red sox gear and looked like a complete touristy American. I didn't get ANY dirty looks from anyone. The people here seemed to be getting along fine. Literally no hostility at all. I was surprised since everything I've heard before was contrary to this. Broke bread with both the Jews and Muslims. The middle eastern food is mad good here.

Few take aways:

1) All the middle eastern dudes are pigs. Jews/Muslim/Christian. It didn't matter. They were ALL hollering at the tourist girls. You could see it in the Muslim dudes faces that they were mad their women can't dress down like non-muslims.

2) Them orthodox Jews are more intimidating in NYC than in Israel. They just fit right in with all the other religious nuts in Jerusalem.
3) All the people here grind and hustle for their loot regardless of religion. For them 'kritics', they all tried to Jew you :stopitslime:

4) All these dudes are basically the same. Didn't matter what religious quarter I was in, everyone was doing the same shyt.

5) Its filthy even in the most religious places (Western Wall, Christs resurrection tomb, etc)

6) Those people that say Palestinians can't get in Israel - reality check. Jerusalem is 2/3 Jew and 1/3 Muslim. They are WELL accounted for in this city. While most people stick together in their own hoods, you can see mixing going on in every part of the city.

Got questions that don't relate to st0rmfr0nt type bullshyt - I'll answer them.

7) The number one group Ive seen here are Russians. Both Jews and Christians. They run Israel

8) There are a lot of black people in Tel Aviv. Like people that live here and work here. Somewhat surprised by how many after reading all the Jews hate blacks talk in the other thread.

9) There were a TON of blacks in Jerusalem. Spoke to a bunch of Nigerians. They come in group of like 100 to the city as a pilgrimage. Most were Christian but I did find some Jews among the mix.

10) Them Israeli girls with the dark hair, dark tan, and blue eyes are fukking beautifulllllllll

I don't see it happening. Kids are raised to hate Israelis. The hate and will of Palestinians runs deep. Plus their land continues to be reduced constantly. Treaties are broken

so basically Jews accept and aren't extra racist towards black people? i didn't know that. So the Russia + jew combo has no feelings towards blacks?

According to some sources they've had some pretty racist policies towards Africans.
