Have shytty taste brehs
what are your top 5 films breh
All Charlie Chaplin
That's basically my biggest reason for saying Nolan's is the best. You're right in saying that Burton got the comic feel right but as I grew up I tended to gravitate towards more realistic films, and when the new batman came out, film had me likeBatman Returns
The scene in Batman where he bursts thru the window in slo-mo
Burton translated the comic book themes and blended them in reality arguably better than Nolan. Not that I blame Nolan; out of all of these "realistic" reboots (Transformers, Man of Steel, etc.) his is easily the best.
I'm not as much a film buff as some of yall on here.. yet
I would'nt call myself a film buff...I just thought that Nolan could have done a lot better in that last movie. There's a lot of blame to go around with regards to that situation too, but the main point is it could have been better.I'm not as much a film buff as some of yall on here.. yet
I think the sheer cinematics, mad stunts and general fact that this film was soo anticipated helped gloss over inconsistencies. Could've been better, yes, but I'm happy as is.I would'nt call myself a film buff...I just thought that Nolan could have done a lot better in that last movie. Heath Ledger dying probably played a huge factor as well so I can't be too mad.
