Will EA ever bring back those All Madden teams?

How can 2k have historical great teams but EA can't get this on Madden?

They had it back in the day with those all Madden teams why did they take this out of the game? This game makes millions every year. You can't give some of those great players a piece of the pie?

Why would they? Historical players already in the game, but they just put them in MUT packs and have you pay extra for the "chance" to play with the legends.
