It's stronger than ever and it started 5 years ago, so maybe black males aren't the center of the universe.

Stronger? What has BLM accomplished? What systemic or tangible change has come about since 2014? Honest question.

I made a thread a few weeks back saying that Black people should not look to leaders. You are your own leader. What we need is a code of behavior amongst one another. And second of all I don’t think Black Lives Matter is a reorganization. I know for a fact that I’m not part of that organization. What appears to be is a clever #.

The people who start a Black Lives Matter seem to have more of a homosexual LGBTQI Agenda then a black agenda. But going back to what I say we don’t need any leaders we need a code of behavior for one another.

No. A Leader is needed. Without clear cut leadership any movement or organization will spread out into factions, as the organization as a whole has no direction.
You can't rely on a mob to make collective decisions. Expecting Americans to adapt a singular code of behavior is a fool's errand, we are savagely individualistic by default.
As we've seen this movement has already disintegrated into 3 or 4 different directions. Without a leader or mouthpiece, there's 1000 entirely different demands being made and those on the outside don't know how to respond, so typically they'll ignore it and wait for the rabble to die down.

BLM doesn’t need a strong black male as a leader but does need a strong black leader with the well being of blacks in mind to stick around

They have gotten worldwide protests, legislation in a few cities and have changed the national narrative from law and order against black people to if we should even have police

Worldwide protests=Nothing tangible
legislation in a few cities=Sure, but the problem is still not even close to being solved nationally. Good for the people in those "few" cities though

That last point is almost too ridiculous to even quote. That is my point exactly of why this movement needs a leader. Defund the Police is a talking point introduced by white liberals and from a practical standpoint it makes absolutely no sense for a country this large and this violent to not have a police force at all. So again, without leadership and direction, all sorts of wild ideas like "Defund the Police" and ambiguous non-specific demands become the face of the movement, rather than actionable well thought out and tangible demands
