It won't fizzle out if black people continue to be murdered. There can't be a strong black male leader, not in this era. You have to appease so many subgroups of black folk these feminists types you gotta make them feel like they're in charge. There are nikkas out there with concerns which may have some validity that need to be told that shyt ain't that serious or not now but you can't tell them that without them feeling slighted. These movements do need leaders and structure because it just makes it all the more easy to misrepresent, make money, run whatever agenda you have while under their banner.
