Game is fun as hell but PC is fukking trash right now. Barely gettin 60 frames on medium with a 3090 with huge frame dips in fights that get you killed. Just did a long ass fight without any sound effects, just music. They already started rolling out patches, so hopefully this gets fixed, but I'm not playing any more until it's stable.

Hmm if the core gameplay is really good and the progression is dope I might still dive in. Apparently the weapon system is pretty unique in that instead of making new weapons you upgrade 1 weapon and everytime you upgrade it using the monster parts you get like some passive skills. So by the time you get to end game you have some super specific weapon with super specific skills on it. It looked super intruiging

Yeah, the game has crazy potential, but it's a little janky, too. It's missing the polish of monster hunter, which came from so many iterations of their formula. The combat is great, and the weapons seems really interesting. I've been using this umbrella where if you do perfect parries you build up a meter and can do huge damage when it's full. I wanna play more right now, but the performance and bugs are too crazy.

Hope the multiplayer is good. Or better than Rise at least. Good with randoms but with friends you pretty much gotta use Discord or PS5 chat to really coordinate.
