i used to want to see "Cena vs Roman" at Wrestlemania 34 but we're in the age of the internet and WWE loses the audience coastin during the Fall season.

if they could book more than 4 people well enough for the long term, they could hold off on truly "Big" matches til the Big 4 ppvs, while also having their B ppvs matter. But since they don't give a shyt about more than 5 people on their roster and book like they have the attention span of baby, they have to do matches as soon as possible causing the matches to not be as memorable as they could be, and the feuds to be forgettable too.

Vince is the loudest creative voice and he's washed. What you're seeing right now is the absolute best he can manage.
It feels like they limp from week to week most of the time - and as of Summerslam, he's so incapable of holding the audience's attention that a beach ball can distract them from what he's written, so he had them banned.

Imagine if Goldberg came around today and was hot enough to sell out the Georgia Dome in July. WWE would stretch and bullshyt it out 9 more months instead of striking right then and there. If they aren't good enough to control fan reaction anymore, they gotta go where the fans are

To me, it's not really a "wait until the big 4". It's moreso that the E has gotten fans into a throwaway mentality where they know the b level PPVs will usually have a shytty build, not to mention the two guys (or ladies or teams) will fight every week before the PPV in some way, then have the exact same fukking rematch the night after the PPV match.
WM builds seem to be slightly better in terms of time to build a feud and overall effort (creatively) that's put into the entire story. It's definitely not always a given, but it's called WM season for a reason.
IMO, when a big match build is done right, such as the entire Reigns/Strowman saga and even Brock/Braun now, it doesn't matter where the match is done. To me it's actually preferable that the goodness is equally distributed across the year like the attitude era.

next month is a little soon but Braun vs Brocc cant wait til WM either. October would c perfect. Yall forget Brocc's contract is up at WM anyway so WM can't c his first match with anyone because they need to do rematches
