Management def not tryna deal with any of that because it becomes a much bigger issue, especially in 2019.

I say go straight to HR if management don't wanna move they feet. :yeshrug:

My co-workers got a GM fired once upon a time because she wasn't paying attention to anything we were telling her and was more concerned with sucking teenage dikk in the walk-in freezer and doing coke. The Distract Manager knew of this and did nothing. So my co-workers went to his boss and HR. She was gone within 2 weeks, DM was gone shortly after.

In my case, the market manager got involved (I'm not sure to what extent) and she also reiterrated that whole "my claims where unsubstantiated" thing

but what I've noticed is, the higher you go up in the walmart chain, the more "buddy buddy" all the higher ups are with each other so it wouldn't surprise me if they were to have each others back

and as far as your statement about your "co-workers going to his boss" where you talking about the boss of the district manager?

The highest up I went to so far is the Market Manager and I believe the District Manager is a step above that...

I'm not exactly sure what the HR department is at WalMart but I think I might have dealt with them already

I submitted a claim on the following link Report A Concern | Walmart Global Ethics Office

and those people told me that they were going to investigate and the outcome of the investigation was that my "claims where unsubstantiated"

but here's the potential issue...I dont think they did a independent investigation.....

I dont think they actually reviewed the video evidence themselves....I think they relied on the managers personal interpretation of the video

The reason why is because I remember I updated my case with more info on that link using my claim number,

amd immediately after that the manager called a meeting with me to discuss my update, and during that meeting, the manager went out to look at the video evidence to review my additional updated evidence,

and assuming so she can report it back to those people to substantiate my claims....

so I dont think those people actually looked at the evidence themselves

breh how much do you think walmart realistically gives a fukk about two minimum wage workers getting into some shyt that you obviously laughed off and hasn't affected your life :dead:

good luck with the lawsuit if you go that route, fukk walmart. but i wouldnt spend too much time on this unless it looks like you can definitely get a settlement out of it

Yeah. Our regional manager visited our store like a week before so the assistant manager went and contacted him...

Yeah they sound like they're running a dirty game. Just keep whatever info you can, esp if you plan on pursuing it outside of work.
