word b lmao not only is this the coli logic but just the internet logic in general hence why they on the internet and not in the streets.

i don't get why people act like the "street life" is cool or something that should be embraced as if that shyt isn't exactly what it is, "the trap". i understand if someone did that shyt because they had no other way to get money or have to do it to survive BUT if you don't need to... wtf are you doing? fukk street credibility. you can't pay bills with that but it sure can get you locked up if your name is coming up in the interrogation room at the local police department. i understand why a rapper would have people that are goons with him where he came up with them, was getting money with him and serving as his security since he's an entertainer where people might try to come after him for his money BUT on the real.... if you made it or are close to making it, why be a goon or do goon shyt? at that point, you should move on. look @ 50 cent. tru life should have took a page out his book.

and even if you take your goons into the bizz with you. if they don't know any better where they could fukk it up for you, then you gotta ditch them or distance yourself away from them.

the bolded is true but don't u defend 50 cent and his street cred when he is not a killer or none of that that's most def some hypocrite shyt to me.

Or defend Maino's shytty music because he is "real" . But let's leave that issue alone.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
the fans are so removed from the culture and skills.
that they attached cultural battle aspects to losing a rap battle.
to the wrong thing and street cred, when both are different from one another.
plus, neither scratches the other back culturally or skillwise.
you can be thorough from a street perspective and be wack as hell as a rapper or not an emcee at all.
you can be a great rapper, but have not one thorough bone in your body in the streets.

the problem is to many gateway rap fans want to rap.
then, start making up poser toy based idealogy.
for a culture, they really don't care about.
they just want to revenue grab from themselves.
then, want to not adhere or know anything culturally.
or, about the culture.
which created, why they had a chance to revenue grab and a windfall from.

shyt is a joke, and the more fans who let this idealogy continue.
the more and more they will see a decline in the draw for rap.
plus, more music that follows raps pattern will be b*stardized and disappear from the market place as well.
it is all a plan, to strip what can be marketed.
with no cultural responsibility or care about what was stripped and the aftereffects of that.
then, squelch out any possibility for that culture and anything attached to it to draw after they have stripped it down.
taking all the resources they could cultivate and trashing what they were never able to mine for their own gain.

people don't want to see this outside and inside the culture.
as they all have some goof lame offbrand idea.
they can capitalize off of the same bullshyt others have.
in a gen, and profit based ideal that does not exist and is being systematically phased out.

the issue with that is rappers are the ones doing this

back in the day, rappers wrote ABOUT the ghetto.. told STORIES of the ghetto... what happened, who was doing what, what was going on

somewhere along the line it turned into "I'M PERSONALLY DOING THIS shyt MYSELF" they write it as if it's them... then the camera turns off and they don't say "hey i was just telling a story or acting"

no they keep that shyt up... keep the mask on for interviews... for fans... for the world... "not only do i rap about the hood, i WAS a gangster in the hood, i STILL AM a gangster right now, and i'll blow your fukking head off even tho i get 60k a show"

then want to walk around in life with this persona.. but cry foul when someone judges them or approaches them on this persona they made up

you can't have it both ways

and this dumb ass logic is exactly why tru life is in the box right now !!!!!!! lmao.
Actually that logic has zero to do with why he's in the box

He's in the box for actual street beef

What he's not in the box for is anything he did to a crew of fake ass rappers. Talking bout how they gonna do this and do that when they did nothing. And when they got in real street beef, they called him up and paid him. So they got the same mentality
