i remember watching a tru life video back when he was bullying them mobb deep nikkas and it was him and a whole army behind him shooting their guns in the air and i was like "yeah, them nikkas bout that life they truly wishing a nikka would"

In the streets you still got to put in work yourself, this ain't the movies my nikka, and these nikkas aren't mob bosses. Sure you have nikkas you can send to do work, but it ain't like you can just sit back and watch nikkas put in work and you do nothing. That's not how the streets work. Your own goons have to have some kind of healthy respect/fear of you and that doesn't come from money.

breh, why do these street guys like tru life rap for? you think that they rap to stay in the projects or to stay in the streets? that's why i said that. tru life even said it in the damn beef documentary. he was trying to get paid.

someone like tru life that has some profile or has a way out shouldn't be busy getting involved in that shyt because the cops are ready to lock a rapper up. that's why they have the little hip hop cops section in the nypd. they should be focused on getting that legal money and moving on to bigger things. if the people around them want to be stupid, let them be stupid. i would expect someone who doesn't have much to live for, has no choice or has no light at the end of the tunnel to be doing that stupid shyt.

he was only doing that "rap beef", flexing goonie goon goon shyt for entertainment purposes or for a buzz because at the time that was selling or marketable. 50 cent came into the shyt doing it and others followed. tru life could have been something IF he wasn't stupid.

the reality is that anybody that does that crimey shyt with no real reason behind it has some issues. folks are mad unnecessary. that's the reason why people like beanie sigel and max b are locked the fukk up. can't simply leave that shyt behind or separate themselves from that shyt. it has nothing to do with being a mob boss or whatever. it has to do with being smart.
