I mean Bush was literally getting curb stomped EVERY DAY about the troops.

Obama in 2007 "Soon as Im elected the troops are coming home"

5 years later not only did the troops not come home we got MORE troops there but I hardly see any coverage, instead we get day long specials about him and Michelle sharing a tender moment.

Bush wasn't getting a lot of flak for that stuff, country was still scared/paranoid at the time and many considered it an acceptable cost. Mainstream media has never really talked about in depth about drones (which have gotten worse under Obama).

Another thing with Bush is that everything he did was unpopular; He did not have significant domestic achievements to have as a badge of honor.

Who was the one who broke that huge story(although it was already partly known but they confirmed it more) detailing how secretive we were about the drone attacks and civilians and how we were so scummy that we were not counting civilian deaths properly and giving lower numbers on purpose.
