Wow. After watching that I realize now why Scottie was extra pissed and sat out the game when Phil drew up the last shot for Kukoc. The Bulls wouldn't pay Scottie because of Toni, MJ was gone and after Scottie roasted dude in the Olympics Phil still chose him over Pip when he was the leader.

EDIT: @K-MAN, Pip was one of the glue guys for that team.

Pip a bytch breh. Just because you are the teams best player, don't mean you're the teams best shooter.

In a preview of the 90-minute production shown to media at the NBA Finals, Michael Jordan reveals one of his "stipulations" for joining the Dream Team was having his Pistons rival not included, but claimed the sentiment also came from the top.

It long has been speculated Jordan kept Thomas off the team, but the documentary reveals the snub ran deeper.

Jordan's Bulls teammate Scottie Pippen also said he didn't want Thomas.

"I despised how he played the game,'' Pippen said

In the 1985 NBA All-Star Game, Thomas was joined on the Eastern Conference squad by star rookie Michael Jordan. Jordan wound up attempting nine shots, a relatively low number for a starting player. Afterward, Thomas and his fellow veteran East players were accused of having planned to "freeze out" Jordan from their offense by not passing him the ball, supposedly out of spite over the attention Jordan was receiving. No player involved has ever confirmed that the "freeze-out" occurred, but the story has been long reported, and has never been refuted by Jordan.[21] Thomas has ridiculed the idea of him being the mastermind behind a supposed "freeze-out" as being "ludicrous" citing that he was a relatively young player on a team including Larry Bird, Julius Erving and Moses Malone.[22]
