Its because they know black people are more susceptible to disinformation. We have a reason to not be so trusting of mass media and they exploit it. Its the same with rural Trump voters. He can tell them anything and they will eat it up.
You have to be indirect in your approach. Do what you can to weaken them from within, just like they do to America.
