Black men, as men, do the proposing which is why our interracial marriage rates appear higher. Black women get regulated to FWB/jump off/side chick status by these non black men, especially foreign men, who then move on with their own women

When you interpret that interracial marriage stat in terms of ‘successful proposals,’ it makes more sense.
