Called himself King of the White Girls.

Keri will be fine as long as she keeps writing. Like most R&B singers of this era, they'd have been better serviced in the 90s when there was still a market for the genre. If you're not Beyonce or Rihanna, neither of whom do R&B, the label isn't going to invest in you.

Keri still writing? I thought she'd been left the music game behind.

Last thing I knew she was doing was acting.

His ghost producer hit-boy went and did his own thing.

That nikka was his ghost producer? :ohhh:

shyt but you don't even hear about Hit Boy no more. i remember when it was talks of him being the next big producer and then nothing happened.

Last time I remember hearing a big deal being made about him was after Watch The Throne came out; and that was what? 2011.

Yeah he had major depression and substance abuse issues..

He's gotten better and in somewhat better shape and still does shyt with Zone4 who have been successful lately but i dont think he's producing anymore

Damn man, I ain't have no idea. I just hope bruh is doing better as far as his healthy is concerned.

Bruh really was nice with this producing shyt; but all that matters is that he's doing better mentally and he's clean.

Hit Boy is still around, still doing stuff. He did some work on Beyonce's Lemonade album. I think he got a co-production credit for "Sorry" , not sure in what capacity. Melo-X from Brooklyn also made the beat.

Always used to read on the Future Producer's forum back in the day some of the stuff Polow was known for doing. There was a rumor he stole someone's harddrive or something. He brought Hit Boy and ChaseNCashe into the game though and both of them have made some bangers. Can't be mad at ghost production though as long as the kids under you are getting paid and credited. Dudes at that level can't be in the studio making beats all day, plus out there chopping it up tryin to land big placements. it's impossible. I had no idea Detail had ghost producers or was more of a team than a solo producer until the main dude allegedly got beat up by drake's body guards :russ:

He just plays the background like producers did back in the day.

Yeah, true.

Damn! For real? I hope he doing better now. He was the 1 producer i was looking forward to hearing more from once he came through and produced "Throw Some D's".

I always thought bruh just got tired of the game and just fell back, started doing other shyt outside of music and was just cool with the money he had.

I know he produced this joint for Tamia like 2 years ago. He still nice on the boards. This shyt is clean! :whew:

dont know if its already been mentioned in here..

but, Polow was also in the Shawty Swing My Way video back in the day.. :dame:

I thought Polow Da Don had next as a big time producer in the game. What ever happened to bruh?
Gotta think back, breh. There are a lot of producers who hit high marks and then tapered. There was a time you here "Po-Low DA DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!" yelled on
a track and knew it was a banger. He had a good ass run, especially the summer the followed "Throw some D's".
