Why is WWE so obsessed with worked shoot promos?

You know exactly what wrestlemania season feels like. They put the focus on the matches that are set for the ppv, and the people involved have a much more noticeable intensity to them. Hell even last year had better hype than what we're getting right now. If you really want to know what WM season feels like then go back and watch the RAW and SD episodes leading up to X7-XIX.

My point is it hasn’t felt like that in a long time. This is said in here every year since I been posting online. Like I said the main problem is the extra Ppv Fastlane, they aren’t focused on mania cause they have to sell the second ppv in 30 days. After this show then it will be all about mania. You want that old feeling back. Then they have to get rid of Fastlane

Fastlane has little to do with it because you can go back to other years when there was a ppv before Mania and it didn't hurt the build at all.

This actually makes the WM 30 & 31 builds, ya know, the builds we complained about, seem great. Right now, they’re just throwing shyt at the wall and seeing what sticks.

That Triple H worked shoot promo was a mistake, got no reaction at all, in fact it seemed like they were confused as hell.

That's what this whole thing has felt like, it feels like they have no idea what to do with this Wrestlemania and are just playing it by ear. There's a chance that this could be WM27 levels of bad, but at best it might just be WM XV decent.

Cause these days once something works once WWE ride it over and over and over again until it is completely broken begging to stop. Its why they been doing worked shoots ever since cm punk, its why they use a suicide dive spot in EVERY SINGLE match. Its why they have been doing these open challenges over and over again ever since Cena, its why they made the elimination chamber match into an annual PPV, its why they made Hell in a cell match into a PPV etc, its why every week we hear '....and that match starts...now!'
