Why is WWE pushing Shayna Bayszler ?

She is pretty solid in the ring and she has the right ring psychology. My only gripe with her is the fact that they fed Bianca Belair to her and then they let her tie the Women’s Rumble record with Belair in minutes. I think a better post would be why won’t they push Bianca but we know the answer to that question

But they're in the process of pushing Bianca Belair right now. She just won a battle royal in NXT, killed it in the Rumble.

I get what you're saying, but I feel like Rhea -- who is legit can't miss -- has been anointed as the future of women's wrestling in WWE so it wouldn't surprise me to see Bianca beat her at Takeover Portland.

However, Charlotte's plans aren't known and the dirtsheets are pointing to her trying to derail the new hot shyt of women's wrestling down in NXT.

Also, if done right, Shayna's style -- methodical, pick-you-apart ... you know, following a legitimate gameplan like someone who fights for a living. Weird concept, I know -- is a perfect foil to Becky's in-ring style. Forces her to fight from underneath.

Who would beat Her for it tho? A returning Rhonda (whether or not they present them as Sasha/Bayley type buddies first)? Charlotte possibly? Tho on Everything I wanna see Chuck tap out to Shayna in a big matchup

I've also realized this; they've done the only thing they could to try and rehab Becky - they've hotshotted an angle against someone people have no reason to care about, with the express purpose of making Becky the de facto face in their match. It's literally to make sure she doesn't get outright booed in favor of her opponent at WM. Because almost anyone else they could have put in that spot save for Charlotte would have ended up being cheered against her by the time WM rolled around. Shayna's so heel, that's not a problem. Could you imagine them running Becky against Sasha or Asuka or even Kairi? She'd get a pop when she came out, but midway through the match, her awful leg drops are getting the CDQ treatment, if not outright boos.

It had to be Shayna, honestly. I'm more depressed about the Rhea/Charlotte match not including Bianca than anything else at this point.
