Originally it was “tounge and cheek” but they are reiterating it now so because of the current times when in with the pandemic, mass vaccinations, the snowstorm that took out the entire state of texas, etc.

Prepping has a lot of different aspects to it.
You can get water purifiers and a boat to prepare for a flood.
Sleeping bags to prep for the winter.
Solar powered radios, flashlights and fire starter equipment to prep for an EMP attack.
Zombies are considered the ultimate prep. Not only do you have to prep for the undead, but you also have to prep for survivors.
Pretty much, if you're prepared for zombies, you're considered prepared for anything.
If yall really want sound advice and get prepared for zombies, I suggest reading the Zombie Survival Guide. It was written in the 70s I think, but the advice still holds true today. It has excellent advice like carrying an axe with you so when you go to a second floor, you can chop up the stairs to make it harder for them to get to you.
